Supporter Pass Terms

These Supporter Pass Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern your purchase, payment, renewal, cancellation and refund rights when you purchase Supporter Pass, the paid subscription for wroom|, whether at its standard price or through a promotional or introductory offer (“Supporter Pass”). These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.

By purchasing, using or otherwise transacting with Supporter Pass, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use Supporter Pass. To purchase Supporter Pass, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the express consent of your parent or legal guardian.

1. Contracting entity

Supporter Pass is provided by wroom Inc.. Supporter Pass is sold only as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store (each, a “Store”). The Store through which you subscribe acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles payment, billing, refunds, and the collection and remittance of any applicable taxes, under its own terms. wroom Inc. does not receive or store your card or other payment details.

2. Changes to these Subscription Terms, Supporter Pass and pricing

Changes to these Subscription Terms. wroom Inc. may revise these Subscription Terms from time to time, including to reflect a change in Supporter Pass, in our business, or in the law. Changes will not be retroactive. The most current version, available at wroom.studio/legal/supporter, will govern. If we make material revisions, we will notify you in the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Supporter Pass after those revisions take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must cancel Supporter Pass before the revisions take effect.

Changes to Supporter Pass. The features and benefits included in Supporter Pass may change from time to time, including for technical, security-related, operational or legal reasons, or to add new features. The current benefits are described on the Supporter Pass page in the app. Except where required by law, wroom Inc. is not liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of a feature of Supporter Pass.

Changes to pricing. Prices for Supporter Pass are set per country and are subject to change. wroom Inc. will provide reasonable advance notice of any material price change, and your Store may ask you to agree to the new price where it requires that. Price changes take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the change. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

3. Payment terms

When you purchase Supporter Pass, you agree (i) to pay the price shown for Supporter Pass in your local currency at the time of purchase, along with any applicable taxes and fees charged by your Store, bank or card issuer; and (ii) to comply with the terms, policies and restrictions of the Store you use to make the purchase.

When you make a purchase, we receive information about the transaction from your Store, such as when it was made, when your subscription is set to renew or expire, and on which Store it was made. This information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. wroom Inc. is not responsible or liable for errors or delays caused by a Store, your bank, your card issuer or any payment network.

All transactions are final. All payments for Supporter Pass are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as provided in Section 6. No refunds or credits are provided for any unused or partially used subscription period.

4. Auto-renewal and billing

Supporter Pass is a monthly subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring payments in advance at the subscription fee then in effect, charged to the payment method held by your Store, until you or wroom Inc. cancel the subscription. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each monthly period unless you cancel in accordance with Section 5. Your Store may charge you up to 24 hours before each new period begins.

If a renewal payment does not succeed, your Store may give you a grace period to update your payment method, and your access to Supporter Pass may be suspended until payment is received. There are no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, including where a feature or benefit is modified or discontinued. SUPPORTER PASS IS PREPAID, NON-REFUNDABLE (UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW), AND AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS AT THE END OF EACH SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD UNLESS IT IS CANCELLED FOLLOWING THE PROCEDURE BELOW.

5. Cancellation

How you may cancel. You may cancel Supporter Pass at any time. The method of cancellation depends on your Store:

  • Apple App Store: cancel through your Apple ID's subscriptions, or from Manage subscription on the Supporter Pass page in the app.
  • Google Play Store: cancel through your Google Play subscriptions, or from Manage subscription on the Supporter Pass page in the app.

Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Upon cancellation, Supporter Pass remains active through the end of the current period. You will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days, except as set out in Section 6 or as required by applicable law. Deleting your wroom| account does not cancel your subscription; you must cancel it with your Store.

Why wroom Inc. might end your access to Supporter Pass. wroom Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to Supporter Pass, or cease providing all or part of it, at any time and unless prohibited by law, including where:

  • wroom Inc. believes, in its sole discretion, that your use of Supporter Pass may violate applicable law, these Subscription Terms or the Terms of Use;
  • wroom Inc. is requested or directed to do so by a court, regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
  • wroom Inc. believes, in its sole discretion, that you are engaging in fraud, manipulation or other prohibited conduct in connection with Supporter Pass; or
  • the provision of Supporter Pass is no longer commercially viable, in wroom Inc.'s sole discretion.

6. Refunds

All payments for Supporter Pass are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly provided in this Section 6. Because Supporter Pass is purchased through a Store, a refund request is handled by Apple or Google under their own policies: through reportaproblem.apple.com for the Apple App Store, or your order history in the Google Play Store.

Upon termination of the Service by wroom Inc. under the circumstances described in Termination, suspension and discontinuation in the Terms of Use, you will not be entitled to a refund except where required by law. If wroom Inc. discontinues Supporter Pass, wroom Inc. will provide notice and any applicable refund for prepaid, unused services.

7. Promotions and introductory offers

wroom Inc. may offer promotional or introductory pricing for Supporter Pass. Promotions are subject to these Subscription Terms and any additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase, and your Store determines whether you are eligible for a given offer. At the end of a promotional or introductory period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard subscription fee unless you cancel before the promotional or introductory period ends.

8. Non-transferability

Supporter Pass applies only to the wroom| account that was signed in when it was purchased. It does not apply or transfer to any other account you have or control, and it may not be sold, assigned or transferred.

9. Restrictions

You may only purchase and use Supporter Pass where it is offered and where you are legally permitted to use it. wroom Inc. may restrict the availability of Supporter Pass in certain countries, and reserves the right to refuse a transaction or to cancel or discontinue the sale of Supporter Pass. You may not allow others to use your account to access Supporter Pass.

10. Precedence

In the event of a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Use, these Subscription Terms govern solely with respect to the purchase, payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds and administration of Supporter Pass. In all other respects, the Terms of Use apply.

11. General

The disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law and general provisions of the Terms of Use apply to your use of Supporter Pass. These Subscription Terms do not create separate or additional liability, warranty or dispute resolution obligations beyond those in the Terms of Use.
